Back workout at home.

➡️ Towel pull, try to split the towel and work on the contraction 4x12

➡️ Table rows, keep your chest up during whole set 3x10

➡️ Hip Bridge, hold 2 seconds on the top 3x15

  • Make sure that you contract your back muscles in every single repetition.

  • No equipment needed, only towel and your desk.

You can still work on your back muscles even at home. Give me coment and tell other exercises you can do for your back at home.
