Choco-Monkey Smoothie

Ingredients:


  • 2 Bananas

  • 1 Bunch of walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon Organic cacao nibs or cacao as your choose

  • 1 glass of coconut milk (150 ml)

  • 1 table spoon of natural yougurt


Method:


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. As there is walnuts in this smoothie, you better leave for at least 3 minutes.

  • Pour the mixture into one glass to serve.
