Corona virus workout

After the risk of infection many gym memberships got scared about go to the gym and It is a idea that everyone must follow. But, it does not mean that you do not have to do any exercises.

If you stay at home then you can perform many exercises if you do not have the access for equipment. The key is to do BODY WEIGHT exercises.


Try this workout:


-Squats 3 sets of 30 repetitions

-Push ups 3 sets of 10 repetitions(Kneel for regresion)

-Sit ups 3 sets of 20 repetitions

-Planks 3 sets of 30 seconds

-Burpees 2 sets of 15 repetitions

-10 min stretching


There is no excuse for performing exercises and you keep your goals going.
