Fresh Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pomegranate

  • 1 bunch frozen forest fruits (Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

  • 1 dice of ginger

  • 1 spoon of Maca

  • 1 spoon of natural yougurt

  • 1 glass of coconut milk


Method:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into one glass to serve.
