Procrastination basically means leaving important things to do for later, rather than doing it right now.

Those who procrastinate avoid fulfilling their responsibilities by taking care, instead, of simpler or more pleasant things that do not involve such a great mental and emotional effort.

Who has not proposed and told himself that I am going to start this or that? How many of you have really overcome that laziness and have you put on that very moment?

As far as I know, few people, hence few really achieve success in their lives and all because of PROCRASTINATION.

Well, today I am going to explain to you how to overcome it and get that motivation of: Now I am going to do everything I have set out to do.

Things are not going to do themselves and you know it. Not sure what is the right time?

The right time is THIS ONE!


Tips to stop procrastinating:

  • Create a strategy: Identify what entertains you the most, find out what times of the day you are most productive and draw up an action plan that tells you what tasks you have to do at each hour and how long those tasks will last.

  • Meditation: it will help you put your thoughts in yourself and have a clearer image of what you have to do.

  • Do one thing at a time: trying to do everything at the same time will spread your focus and you will end up doing none. One task at a time with 100% of your energy and focus on will make you finish each task faster and better done.

  • Manage your time: Plan your day on your agenda and stick to it. Leave yourself spaces to rest, eat and why not? See a series, a movie or whatever you want. But plan when you are productive and when you rest. I recommend minutes of focusing on a task and then a 20-minute break.


Stopping procrastination is possible

It is not always easy to find the way to know how to stop procrastinating, but with discipline and organization, you will begin to see the changes.

Besides, also have an tidy, comfortable and distraction-free workplace that invites you to work.

Order and organization are key factors in productivity. And it is the medicine against chaos.
