Power granate Smoothie recipe

Ingredients:


  • 1 Pomegranate

  • Bunch of blueberries or frozen berries

  • 1 dice of ginger

  • 1 tablespoon natural yougurt

  • Coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoons of Maca

  • 1 once dark chocolate


Method:


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into one glass to serve.

  • Add dark chocolate on the top
