WHY WAKE UP BEFORE?

Waking up earlier allows you to take advantage of the hours with much more productivity. It is more than proven that the first hours of tomorrow is when our brain is most rested... So why not take the opportunity to do the tasks that most require our focus?

Who has not decided to wake up earlier to exercise, read, meditate, finish that project?


Well, waking up earlier will make you take advantage and you will have more time to finish those tasks that in the long term will have an impact on your life, apart from changing it.


So set the alarm clock and come to sleep early to give it your all the next day!


 

Tips for waking up earlier:


  • Don't do anything that stresses you out before you go to bed.

  • Order the place where you sleep before going to bed, it will help a lot to relax.

  • Avoid heavy meals, apart from coffee and other stimulants, before the afternoon.

  • That the place where you go to sleep is cool and not too hot. Apart from being totally dark and out of lights from electrical tools or phones.


 

Now, I will explain what advantages it has, among others, waking up early and how it can positively impact your day to day:


  • You have more energy to do more tasks. So take advantage of the energy in the morning to get 100% on your tasks. Since in the afternoon the energy drops...


  • Take advantage and exercise. It will allow you to activate yur body for the rest of the day as well as helping you sleep better at night.


  • Plan your day better. The first hours of the morning are ideal to deal with the responsibilities of the day in an orderly and efficient way.


  • You will sleep better that night. Since you will have a better circadian rhythm. Also try to do it on weekends and avoid staying up late.


  • More peace of mind. Nobody will bother you in the early hours... Not the Amazon delivery, not the children, not the noises of cars or construction machines.. From 5 to 9 in the morning calm predominates and there is less human activity.


  • And the best, gives you time to prepare for my opinion the best meal of the day, breakfast. You will have much more time to dedicate the time it deserves.



Waking up early is possible. I know it costs and we like to be on bed. But, once you get used to it, it will get easier and easier.


Especially when you start to notice the changes you are having in your life and the peace it will give you.



You can do it! You just need to get organized.

You will see how your life will be positively transformed
